When I say porridge most people would think of a grey slab on a plate that someone forced them to eat in their childhood.

Did you know that in the cooler months I turn my Inca Granola into a beautiful porridge full of nuts seeds and delicious Inca berries served with Banana, Filmjölk and Blueberry & Raspberry coulis.

Porridge is an excellent start to the day because oats are a complex carbohydrate, providing slow-releasing energy throughout the morning. It can also lower cholesterol and help improve your blood sugar.

Nuts and seeds are a great source of protein and Inca berries are incredible high in antioxidants and will also improve your digestion and eye sight.

So if you are keen to try my delicious porridge, you will find me at Albury Wodonga Farmers Market at Lincoln Causeway tomorrow morning between 8am to 12pm (Saturday the 6th of June)
